We want everyone to be able to start a case and get help, regardless of ability. Here's what we're doing to support that.
Our approach
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for our website and intake wizard, including support for keyboard navigation, screen readers, and sufficient color contrast.
Alternative ways to start a case
If any part of our online intake doesn't work well for you, you can start your case by phone instead. Call 213-468-6170 any time, day or night, and a real person will walk you through it.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review our site and address issues as we find them.
