Discovery

The one-time purchase currently includes self-service tools that help you organize information from your own IRS transcripts and answers to questions based on IRS Form 433-A. The software generates a written summary of the information you entered and possible next steps for you to review and carry out.

What 247.tax does not do

247.tax does not contact or negotiate with the IRS, file returns, provide tax advice, or represent you before the IRS. You are responsible for reviewing and carrying out any next steps in your plan.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your tax situation.
• Send requested documents (typically a photo ID and your most recent IRS notice) promptly.
• Review your plan and decide which next steps, if any, you want to carry out.

Cancellation

You may cancel before Discovery work begins for a full refund, consistent with our refund policy. Once your transcripts have been pulled and reviewed, Discovery is considered delivered.
